Mulugu should emerge as a model district in Praja Palana–Pragati Pranalika: Minister Seethakka
Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, Women & Child Welfare Minister Smt.Danasari Anasuya Seethakka directed officials to focus on effective implementation of the 99-day “Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika” programme, aiming to make Mulugu a model district in the State.
Reviewing the programme and preparations for Godavari Pushkaralu at the Collectorate along with MP Porika Balaram Naik, Collector TS Diwakar and DFO Rahul Kishan Jadhav, the Minister said coordinated efforts and small initiatives can lead to major achievements in development and welfare.
She asked officials to ensure drinking water supply during summer, curb illegal sand mining, promote education in government institutions, strengthen awareness against drugs among youth and ensure welfare schemes reach all eligible beneficiaries.
