18,213 Houses for Urban Telangana under PMAY(U) 2.0
The Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee (CSMC) meeting held in New Delhi has approved the Telangana Government’s proposals to construct 18,213 houses in 118 urban areas under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0, said Housing Corporation MD V.P. Gautham
The project, with an estimated cost of ₹910.65 crore, includes a Central share of ₹273.20 crore and State share of ₹637.45 crore, providing ₹5 lakh assistance per house. The decision will help accelerate Indiramma Indlu construction in urban areas of the state.
