Economist Arvind Subramanian Meets CM Revanth Reddy
Eminent Indian economist Arvind Subramanian met Hon’ble CM A. Revanth Reddy at the CM’s Chamber in the Assembly and discussed ways to strengthen the State’s finances.
During the meeting, the CM and Dy CM Bhatti Vikramarka briefed him on reforms in the power sector, Stamps & Registrations and GST, including expenditure patterns in the energy sector, valuation mechanisms in the registration department and tax estimations under GST.
Subramanian offered key suggestions to improve Telangana’s financial position and advised adopting a planned and strategic approach to strengthen the State’s economy.
