Allah says in the Holy Qur’an:

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:261)
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except three: Sadaqah Jariyah, beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for him."
(Sahih Muslim)

اللہ تعالیٰ قرآن مجید میں فرماتے ہیں:
"جو لوگ اللہ کی راہ میں اپنا مال خرچ کرتے ہیں ان کی مثال اس دانے کی سی ہے جس سے سات بالیاں اگیں اور ہر بالی میں سو دانے ہوں۔"
(سورۃ البقرہ 261)
